About Auraria Partners

Consulting built around how change actually happens.

Auraria Partners is an Atlanta-based technology and operations consulting firm led by principals Kyle Moon and Gabe Jones. We bring strategy, systems, process, and adoption into one engagement, with the same senior people accountable from diagnosis through sustainment.

Our thesis

The gap is rarely the technology alone.

A configured platform does not create value if the workflow routes around it, leaders are not aligned, or the people who own the work cannot sustain it. We remove the seams between the disciplines that solve those problems.

One accountable partner from diagnosis through sustainment.

We work across executive priorities and frontline realities, translating between business, technology, operations, clinical, and people teams. That integrated view helps leaders make clearer decisions and gives delivery teams a practical path forward.

No translation layer

The people advising on the platform also understand its configuration, workflows, and operating consequences.

Cross-functional by default

IT, HR, operations, and clinical workflow belong in one conversation rather than separate workstreams.

An owner's perspective

Our principals have operated the functions they advise, so sustainment is part of the design from the beginning.

Senior-only delivery

Kyle Moon and Gabe Jones remain directly involved from the first diagnostic through delivery and handover.

The principals

Two complementary perspectives. One engagement.

Together, Kyle and Gabe cover the full arc of a transformation: strategy, platforms, process, organizational change, and adoption.

PRINCIPAL

Kyle Moon

Technology, platforms, and operational strategy

Kyle brings ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and HRSD implementation experience together with operating-model design, portfolio governance, process improvement, and hands-on systems development. His MSHA and DHA healthcare administration credentials and PMP-certified program delivery inform work that connects technology decisions to operating realities. He also leads technology and operations for a multi-program healthcare training organization.

PRINCIPAL

Gabe Jones

Organizational change, healthcare systems, and the Microsoft stack

Gabe focuses on organizational change in complex environments, including Epic and healthcare EHR implementation, clinical and administrative workflow, and stakeholder alignment. His Microsoft and Azure experience spans identity, cloud architecture, and enterprise platforms. He also brings higher-education operational experience and an understanding of shared-governance environments.

The name

Know where to look.

Auraria Partners is named for Auraria, Georgia, the site of America's first gold rush in 1828, two decades before California. The name reflects our belief that organizations often already possess much of the value they are trying to buy; it is trapped in underused systems, outdated workflows, and unrealized expertise. Our work is to find it, free it, and help it hold.

Healthcare

Care and operations in the same view

Epic and EHR implementation, clinical and administrative workflow, and change in compliance-driven environments.

Higher education

Modernization with institutional context

Student services, institutional systems, and administrative change shaped by shared governance.

Enterprise & public sector

Disciplined change at scale

ServiceNow, Microsoft and Azure, HR service delivery, portfolio governance, and operations modernization.

Who we serve

A priority focus on smaller organizations, without an entity-size ceiling.

Auraria Partners is positioned especially for smaller and midsize organizations that need senior judgment, implementation capacity, or platform ownership without building every capability in-house. Larger organizations are also welcome when the work fits. Based in Atlanta, Auraria can support local or nationwide engagements.

Direct senior access can matter most when internal capacity is limited.

Auraria’s assessment, fractional leadership, implementation, and managed-service models allow an organization to start with the decision or capacity gap in front of it rather than a predetermined program size.
